BOARD MEETINGS
Our Board meetings for 2022 will be held at Ashland Ranch Elementary School at 1945 S Ashland Ranch Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295 at 6:30pm.
Residents and homeowners are always welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings. It's a great way to meet neighbors, learn about what's going on in our community, and express concerns or share ideas.

Springtree's 2022 Homeowner's Board of Directors is made up of residents who offer their time to serve our community. They are:

The board members are all elected volunteers who work collaboratively with Mike Gerson and the property management team of Gerson Realty & Management. Having an active, resident run Board of Directors helps to give the residents of our community a voice in issues pertaining to their Springtree properties and community.
